The yoga itself has changed my life entirely. I am more balanced and strong physically, mentally, and psychologically at the same time, my diet has changed almost by itself to be balanced and nutritious, and for some strange reason the day has gotten more hours even though I feel that I get more sleep. A win-win situation. I would like to give credits for all these changes to Jayshree and her classes. I recommend her to everyone.
