We conduct community meetings live on zoom every Sunday. In these session Sumit Sharma who is a renowned Yoga Guru, Dietitian and Intermittent Fasting Expert will teach you how you can easily lose weight or manage weight without quieting your favorite food.
Sumit will teach you how to properly follow intermittent fasting and what foods are best for you and which foods are making you sick. Sumit will also answer any of your questions and provide solutions to the challenges you are facing in your weight loss journey in the weekly live session.
