You are supposed to join yoga or workout classes 3 times a week minimum. However, even if you do not work out at all and simply stick to the recommended diet, you will still see visible results.

All classes happens live on Zoom. We offer classes almost all morning and evening hours specially for USA time zones.
We offer yoga classes and workout sessions almost every hour in the morning and evening for all USA Time Zones. You can also practice yoga or workout with recordings of the same classes.

We will analyze what you eat on daily basis and customize the same diet to get maximum benefits out of it. You don't need to eat any magic food just regular home-cooked food.
No, absolutely not. This program is designed such a way that if you simply follow the recommended diet plan then you will see visible results without any Yoga or workout.
If you follow the diet and workouts honestly and keep yourself disciplined there is no way you will not lose weight. If you think you gave your 100% and still don't see results let us know we will shift you in the next batch and do a thorough analysis on why we failed.

The workout sessions are super beginner friendly and you should be able to perform them without any help. But in case you need any help feel free to ping your workout mentor (Vidhi Suthar) on her whatsapp. She will take care of you. We will put you in touch with her a couple of days before the challenge starts.
