I was wondering how online Yoga would compare to a classroom and was very pleasantly surprised of how well it works. All thanks to Vidhi for helping me at every stage of this process.

With Vidhi as my teacher, I feel part of a close group. I travel and never had problems with connecting to classes, so if you feel that online yoga suits your situation, then I would highly recommend it.
